Address the Rising Cost of Universal Superannuation
Move entitlement to universal superannuation out to 70 years. This will probably take about 20 years, moving the qualifying age out 6 months every 2 years to be fair to those approaching retirement age. But alot of people who have undertaken manual labour all there lives cannot work to 70, so introduce a means and needs based superannuation which can be applied for from 60 years old. Asset tests need to look through to all related assets including family trusts.
