We’ve got something new and exciting coming to Palmerston North: our new TOP Talk!

This is a brand-new event we’ve created to bring together all our TOP members and friends, to meet and socialise, and hear some great talks from experts in their respective fields. It will also be a great opportunity to hear from our TOP operations staff about the dynamics of the Party currently and learn about the re-structuring behind the scenes to build an even bigger and better TOP to take on the 2026 election.

Our TOP Talk will centre on what’s happening with water. If you want to hear more about the water you drink, whether it is safe, and the decision-making that affects the quality the quality of our fresh water and its ecosystems, this talk is for you.

Dr Mike Joy – New Zealand Freshwater Ecologist and Science Communicator currently employed at the Institute for Governance and Policy Studies at Victoria University of Wellington.

Iain Lees-Galloway – Campaign Manager – Discussing our current and future campaign strategy.
Peter Tait – Operations Manager – Discussing our new Cluster and operational structure.
