Refund Policy

There will be no refunds of membership fees unless the board of The Opportunities Party (TOP) Incorporated (Party) resolves not to apply to the Electoral Commission for registration of the Party as a political party under the Electoral Act 1993, in which case the board of the Party may further resolve to refund to current members any membership fees paid by them.
