Make changes to the 20 hours ECE
Currently, your 20 hours of ECE only kicks in once your child turns 3. Why? Who knows? Families need the most help, I believe, in the first 5 years of their children's lives. It should be started when the child turns 1, not 3. With both parents working these days, what do they expect you to do? Have one parent stay home for 3 years? The max of 6 hours per day should be scrapped also and just make it a flat max of 20 per week.
