Meet the Candidates - Whangārei

6:00pm - Arrive and mix and mingle

6:30pm – Club Draw and notices

6:45pm – Candidates assemble at the front where they will be randomly chosen to start, by order of ballot.

The first 3 min section will be the candidate introducing themselves and their party.

– Each Candidate will then be asked a Party political question where they will be given 2min to reply. The questions will be randomly chosen for each candidate, again by ballot.

– Each candidate will have 1 min to answer the referendum questions, explaining to why they would vote for yes or no on each question.

– Each Candidate will then be asked a non-serious question randomly chosen, the purpose of this question is to enable the audience to find more about the candidate and how they deal with life. 1 min to answer.

- Each Candidate will be given 1 min to round about as to why we should vote for you.

8:30pm - Mix and mingle with Audience.
