      Bruce, I thing the right teachers should be paid well but not a blanket pay rise which allows poor performing teachers to piggy back on the good work of others like the teachers union seems to be in favour of.

      I am convinced a stronger education system, which includes properly remunerating our teachers, teacher aides and support staff is a must for narrowing the inequality gap.
